Dan masih ada bahan yg tdk tersedia di dapur alias kehabisan&#8230;.&#128512;<br \/> &#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;  1 Ekor Peking Duck, 1.7kg&#8230; bukan bebek lokal yaaaa (tersedia di Lotte Mart)   Digantung menggunakan kawat stainless seperti di Foto atas  Bahan dalaman Bebek  3 Sendok Lada putih Halus<br \/> 1 telunjuk Jahe<br \/> 4 Sdm Garam<br \/> 3 Sdm Hoisin Sauce<br \/> Masukan ke dalam bebek hingga Rata, dan ditutup\/kunci menggunakan tusukan Sate&#8230; Pastikan tidak Bocor&#8230;  Bahan Siraman 1<br \/> 2 gayung Air, Didihkan  Masukan<br \/> 10 Star Anise<br \/> 1 Jempol besar Jahe<br \/> 3 lembar kulit jeruk kering<br \/> 1 buah lemon, diperas airnya<br \/> 5 sdm Cuka meja<br \/> 5 sdm garam<br \/> 3 Sendok Hoisin Sauce<br \/> Masukan, aduk2 hingga mendidih dan berubah warna dan Harum.  Bahan Siraman 2  3 Gelas air mendidih, masukan:<br \/> 1 Cup Maltose&nbsp;(Maltos itu sama dengan Molasses atau gula murni yg sangat Kental&#8230;)  5 sm madu<br \/> 1 Jempol Jahe<br \/> 1 Lembar kulit Jeruk Kering  Cara:<br \/> Pegang gantungan bebek&#8230; Masukan ke siraman 1 selama 10 &#8211; 15 menit&#8230; Bolak balik&#8230; Sambil di Siram2&#8230;. Setelah selesai Gantung bebek Hingga Kering.  Setelah bebek Kering, lakukan step pada siraman 2.. Dgn proses yg sama diatas.  Gantung Bebek hingga 4-7 Jam  Gantung bebek di dalam Oven dgn menggunakan Api sedang kecil selama 1jam 45 Menit&#8230; Pastikan bebek bergantung pada saat peng-oven-an&#8230; Usahakan suhu stabil dan tidak membuka tutup Oven.  Selamat Mencoba!&#8230; &#128512;  <br \/>  NB:&nbsp;  &#8211;&nbsp;Kalo pake bebek lokal&#8230; Texture Dagingnya beda&#8230; Bisa Alot&#8230; Beda genetic Bu&#8230; Seperti ayam broiler dan ayam kampung perbedaanya&#8230; Hehehee  &#8211;&nbsp;Proses harus digantung&#8230; Agar lemak dan minyak dari bebek menetes&#8230; Proses sperti itu agar bau bebeknya tidak terlalu&#8230; Apabila di Grill atau roast mendatar&#8230; Meninggalkan bau bebek sedikit agak Amis&#8230; &#128512;  &#8211; &nbsp;Maltose ada di swalayan yg cukup lengkap untuk masakan&#8230; Bisa juga menggunakan jelly mellow&#8230; Tapi warna tidak maksimal&#8230; Seperti diatas&#8230; Sy kehabisan Maltose .&nbsp;Maltose itu dari proses gula Murni seblum mengkristal&#8230; Dijual di Swalayan2&#8230; Sangat kental&#8230;ada dua macam&#8230;.
