Aduk rata. Cicipi rasanya. Tambahkan garam jika kurang asin. Siapkan kulit pangsit, letakkan selembar di meja atau di telapak tangan anda. Letakkan 1 sendok makan adonan isi di tengah-tengah kulit pangsit. Olesi bagian tepi kulit pangsit dengan air, tekuk kulit hingga berbentuk segitiga. Rekatkan kulit pangsit kemudian tekuk kulit seperti gambar di atas. Lakukan hingga semua adonan isi habis. Tata pangsit yang telah berisi adonan di permukaan piring datar. Membuat kuah Siapkan panci, masukkan dan panaskan 1 sendok makan minyak. Tumis bawang putih dan jahe hingga harum. Tuangkan air kaldu, masak hingga mendidih. Masukkan pangsit dan rebus hingga mengapung dan matang. Tambahkan kecap asin, garam dan daun bawang. Cicipi rasanya, angkat.
